A digital representation of access to a physical space. Mosaic theory or art collage, depending upon your gaze, embodies the collection of 250 artworks, itself a collaboration of cross-disciplinary artists.
We are drawn into the frames by the soft neon lighting, hypnotic orbiting objects, and quickly changing oceanic tides which surround some form of futuristic gallery.
Sculptural reliefs and architectural designs give structure to the unbounded spaces. While the source of the neon luminosity is not known, and nor is the gravity, the artistic elements have fused. Materials and technology are important themes as inferred by the weight they received visually. Has this structure been abandoned, or has it been found? Commissioned Roman marble busts often depicted family members and hint at an underlying community that is sharing the space.
A physical artwork by the artists is on the premises which include digital and AR elements. Much like the non-fungible tokens (NFTs), these exist despite not always being seen, but for the owners they represent art and access; for the rest, perhaps just a collage.
